What is Bali Family Finds?
Bali Family Finds helps families discover places to eat, stay, shop and explore in Bali. BFF partners can showcase their businesses and offer benefits to families with a BFF Pass.
Which businesses can become BFF partners?
We welcome businesses serving families in Bali, including restaurants, cafés, accommodation, activities, shops and services. We’re not currently accepting listings from drivers or tour operators. Submit an application so our team can review your business and proposed member offer.
How do I apply, and what information do I need?
Create a partner account and verify your email. Add your business details, location, contact information, cover photo, legal business or owner name, and a member offer with clear terms. Save your details, then submit your application through the portal.
Does becoming a partner cost anything?
Joining BFF is free. Analytics is an optional paid feature; contact BFF for pricing and availability. Venue QR is not available yet.
What kind of offer should I give BFF Pass holders?
Choose a benefit that gives families clear value and works for your business—for example, a discount or complimentary extra. Explain what is included, how customers claim it, and any conditions or exclusions.
What happens after I submit my application?
Our team reviews your saved business details and offers before publishing your listing. We may contact you if more information is needed. You can check your application in the partner portal.
What is BFF Partner Plus?
BFF Partner Plus is the paid analytics upgrade. Request pricing and availability through Analytics in your partner portal. Venue QR is not available yet; contact BFF for updates.
Who can I contact before applying?
Email partnerships@balifamilyfinds.com with your business name and questions. If your business is already listed on BFF, contact us so we can check ownership and help you access the existing listing.
